The Challenge

As students that lives in the Netherlands we all faced the stresfull and time consuming challenge of finding a place to live/ rent as the housing problem in the Netherlands and to a lot of other countries around the world is getting worsen.

The solution

To create an app that will help only accademics and students to find the proper accomodation according to their needs timely using artificial inteligence not only to match the landords needs with the tenant but also to compare different factors (safety, budget, distances from university and other facilities, information about surrounding areas, accessibility with public transport and type of housing etc etc). Also it will provide additional inforamtion about the property like live viewings, maps, photos and videos. More over it will provide infofrmation about the town and the rules of the country that a student/ accademic needs to to comply after moving to the country. In general to have all the information under one unbrella and making the transition proccess as smooth and guided as possible.
